My Experience: Bleaching My Hair Part 2
Happy Wednesday Lovelies! I hope you're all doing good! This blog post is a Part 2 of my experience bleaching my own hair at home! For more information please read the Part 1 to this post.
So I used the first bottle of Bleach on January 30th and then I used the second bottle on February 8th. I diluted the bleach again with shampoo as I was bleaching it twice in a week and a half. Although my hair is so long it was recommended to use 2 bleaches each time but I only used one each time so it's as if I've only bleached my hair once.
I left it on my hair for 45 minutes before applying to the top 4 inches of hair roots for only 15 minutes to avoid getting 2 separate colours again. However my hair is still different. The top is a strong blonde and the bottom is now a golden ginger. So I'm getting there slowly.
My hair is still in good condition as I've been using hair masks, conditioning treatments, argan and coconut oil religiously. I will be bleaching my hair AGAIN at the beginning of March but I am having my hair trimmed before to get rid of a few dead ends and weird tones at the moment which should keep it in it's healthy condition.
I will make an update for this post in about 3 weeks time to let you know how my hair is doing. I have included before and after pictures for you guys but thank you for reading!
